Our function is strictly to backup software/music to protect it from damage, which you must claim to currently own. These duplications are allowed under the copyright law, and you are entitled to this service by law. We provide this as a service. EBOFILMS will not be held accountable for the purchaser's use of these backups. If you sell your original software/music/movie, you must destroy the CDR/DVDR backup of that title. If you imply piracy, we cannot legally serve you. Do not inform us if you plan to use these back-ups illegally. You take the responsibility for your own actions when using these backups, and we hold no liability for anything you as the purchaser will do with the backup(s). We understand that buying these backups from us that you are implying you have the original copy of that title, and we will supply it to you on that understanding only. If you imply to us that you do not own the original copy of the software/music/movie, then we cannot supply you with the disc(s) as you have no legal rights to own it. If you buy a title from us and you do not have the original copy of the title, then you must by law destroy the backup copy supplied from us within 24 hours of purchase, having used the backup for evaluation purposes only.With a customer giving us incorrect information we can with out any notice cancel an order given to us and/or ask for payment upfront before processing the order. You may keep the backup after 24 hours if in that time, you have bought the original title commercially. If you choose not to destroy the CD/DVD, then you are in illegal breach of the copyright law.
